Whenever I’ve been reading and I put my book down after a while, it takes me a few moments to realize that I’m back in reality, and my life hasn’t just been a part of the book I’m reading. It’s always a disappointment when I remember all of the things in life that I’m currently facing and dealing with, but at least I still have the ability to influence the outcome.
